Patricia Lopez: They do not comply at all with what was offered, in my case we had two contracts for two different houses, 1 the employee stole and no one is responsible for anything. They even sent her to work the day after the report. 2 in the other house the staff was absent too much, they stopped going, and the worst thing is that each person did things their own way, showing no training, they left dirty dishes, they did not clean the material among many other details. In the end, lousy. Ah that if you have to pay in advance and you can not cancel the service they force you to fulfill a contract that they themselves do not fulfill

Natalia Bocharova: I had your service for few months and one of your worker robbed me Hortencia Ocampo. At the time i went to shower she stole very expensive things from me( cost 3000 dollars). Your company didnt help me.

Paco MB: If you want to hire this service, think twice, the cleaning was very bad... poorly cleaned surfaces, mopping in some areas yes and others not, we had to wash all the dishes again because they were stained, they arrived more than half an hour late although the service was scheduled for 2 weeks. Most of the recent reviews are bad and I can confirm why. Save yourself a bad drink and useless spending.
Mónica (monichor): For several years I was their client, I was very happy and I recommended them. Unfortunately the care and quality have dropped quite a bit. My main problems were: punctuality, availability (although I had contracted a recurring service that I expected was already contemplated in their planning, they told me that they did not have staff to attend to it) and attention (they told me of this lack of availability one day before in the afternoon, less than 24 hours, or sometimes the same day after I contacted them saying that the assistant had not arrived). What was always very good was the quality of cleaning.
Perla Cervantes: Lousy lousy lousy…to hire a recurring service they make you hire the express service first, which has space when very close within 3 weeks, I scheduled it and everything was paid…the day of the cleaning the agreed time arrived and after 20 minutes no no one came... We sent a message and they told us that the person was late…. After more than an hour and a half of waiting we asked for our refund because no one ever showed up. I do not recommend it at all, look better for other agencies.

Employees behave like children in terms of their professionalism, on the part of HR their favoritism towards some people is the lowest. It cannot be that they do not appreciate and recognize the time and effort that true professionals make when giving all of them to carry it out. And the lousy camaraderie that takes place in that company. I do not recommend the company to work at all.

EDSON TORRES: They did an excellent job at my location. I hired them to do a deep cleaning in a place that I bought, it used to be a food business. The place was full of grease impregnated on the walls and lamps, it had a lot of dirt and the floor was painted in a horrible way! In a matter of hours they removed all the paint from the floor, got rid of the dust and grease and as a courtesy they helped me clean the furniture. I recommend them 100% !!!

María Arzac: It was a terrible service and a very bad experience. They came to clean my apartment of 90 square meters which is completely new and they did a terrible job, they did not move any furniture, nor the chairs to sweep and they wanted to charge me 5800 pesos. I do not recommend it at all
