On the tracking page it continues as "confirmed" but in the physical store they already told me that in their internal system the pair of sneakers I ordered appears as "without product", but no one was ever kind enough to notify me. All this time I have been asking them to tell me if I am going to receive my order or if they are going to give me a refund, clarifying that they already told me in the store that there is no product. Every day I get the same answer "we keep checking to give you a solution". Checking what? Do you have it or not? What they do is steal!
