Haley M: My visit to Black Coffee Gallery was a disappointment. The staff (girl and a young guy) lacked basic courtesy and struggled with simple drink instructions. The beverages were subpar, tasting diluted, and many items were out of stock.The unclean bathrooms and absence of air conditioning further marred the experience.As a tourist from Denver, this was a regrettable introduction to Guadalajara. I'm left hoping other local spots provide a better impression.

Go Figure!• The newly recruited staff is woefully unwelcoming; they miss out on basic courtesy like greetings and asking for your preferred drink choices (skinny light skin girl and guy with pearl necklace).• Prepared drinks left unattended, creating an awkward situation.• Lack of air conditioning or even a fan, making visits unbearable on hot, 37-degree summer days.• Half of the drinks and lunch items are unavailable, which detracts from the dining experience.Time of visit June 7, Wednesday 5 pm.• Unpleasant interactions with the new staff who seem to carry an unpleasant attitude.• Ineffective Wi-Fi, hampering any attempt to work or browse.

The first time they had no chocolate chips and no whipped cream either, so I asked for an Americano. The following week I went and they told me the same thing. I still asked for it. MUNDO ACSR: A great place to grab a cup of coffee and sit right on Chapultepec! The Black Coffee Gallery Chapultepec in Colonia Americana is clean, offers wifi, a variety of beverages, food, pastries, great customer service and amazing seating with views of the Chapultepec Corridor.I've been here several times and they have never disappointed. One of my favorite coffee shops in GDL! 👍👍

La chica encargada de recibir a los clientes estaba ocupada acomodando a unas personas en su mesa pero nos vió llegar y después de desocuparse con lo que estaba haciendo, notamos que estaba haciendo tiempo escribiendo algo en su libreta.Comenzó a acercarse hacia la entrada pero alejándose de nosotros evadiéndonos así que un par de clientes nuevos se nos adelantaron y le preguntaron a la chica que cuánto sería el tiempo aproximado de espera para que los pasaran.
