Ever Hernandez: After much looking for a driver service in GDL I found this business and I reached out and in hours I had a reply. The person that replied thru what’sapp was very attentive and answered all my questions and I had a lot. Lol hiring a service in Mexico sometimes could be hectic or you never know what you getting. This place send me photos of the vehicles and every time I would text they would reply right away and that made me feel good since I did have to put a deposit. We hired them for airport pick up and 3 days of touring Guadalajara, Chapala, Tequila, Tepatitla, and surrounding areas. Let me tell you that I can personally guarantee that this business is the best in Guadalajara. Our driver Arturo was the best for the job. He knew lots of places and went above and beyond to meet our expectations. We actually felt more safe with him around since he looked out for us when it came to money exchange and just getting around and lots of food tips where to eat. The places he suggested where always very good and amazing food. When I was hiring the service I asked that I wanted a driver that knew his way around GDL and he said. I have the right driver for you. We couldn’t had asked for more!!! We invited him to come along with us in every trip we did and was always attentive to what we needed. When using this service. Ask for Arturo as your driver. You won’t regret it!!!!!AMAZING SERVICE. DONT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE. Book with this one!! Karen Jimenez: When I made the reservation online it said fees and insurance was included in the price …. Wrong …. When I arrived to pick up the car I was told I had to get the basic insurance minimum which was an additional $189 dollars …When I returned the car we were only 2 hours late due to a semi accident that blocked the highway and we couldn’t get through . I had videos and picture of the semi that literally blew up in flames in front of us … they didn’t care they charged us an additional $3000 pesos . The car rental ended up being $891 dollars which is wild…. They get you in the end . Be careful ! . First and last time I ever rent from them .
