Sequoyah Lewis: My husband and I came to visit the rooftop restaurant (ONLY) and it was the most scenic view that we’ve ever experienced out of all the hotels in Guadalajara! It was such a pleasure to have Gabriel & Andres as a server. They constantly came around to ensure we were well served and always asked how was the service, food quality, and opportunities for improvement! We’re excited to come back and enjoy the beautiful views and would love to have Gabriel & Andres as a server again, we laughed a lot!

Joel Lucio: Loved it!! My wife and I were amazed with our stay. The location couldn’t be better, you have everything you could want. The night life, the carriage rides, the cathedral, and all the shops. We walked around for a bit so many shops and restaurants!! We had dinner and drinks on the 7th floor, she loved her Paloma and the view was great. Will definitely come back!!

C Lazzeri: Excellent location and facilities. From the moment you arrive, the treatment at the reception is extraordinary. The staff cares that you feel comfortable during your stay and they are always attentive to what you need. Parking is ample and at no additional cost. The pool and bar on the terrace is fantastic. The sunset view is excellent. The breakfast they offer is very varied and complete. I can hear my neighbors conversations down to the 2, along with their 2 kids who definitely announce themselves. I blame the door bypass, but my sleep/work schedule is beholden to their sleep schedule now. The windows are also badly sound insulated, the problem comes from a weak seal at around the window.
