Terry: I called for service on my Maytag dishwasher. Jose came over and said the motor had burned out, which was hard to believe since the dishwasher is just over a year old. Came back the next day with the "supposed" motor fixed and when it came out of the dishwasher it leaked profusely all over the kitchen floor. When I pulled it away from the wall, I found an open and live electrical wire floating in the water. When I called to complain, the manager refused to give me a refund and did not send someone else to correct the work. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Pessimism!!!!!!!!!!!!

Blanca Estela Lombardo: Good appliances, buy a new model washing machine and they are better than digital ones. Unfortunately the staff is sometimes disinterested when it comes to serving you, you can see who the owners of the place are because they treat you well and when they don't they have a listless attitude. You call them to send the technician and they tell you that the next day they will come to your house and you are waiting all day and he never arrives and you already lost the day. You have to call again to remind them that the technician did not arrive, the girl even gets upset and I have called several times and she keeps answering annoyed if I were the owner of the place for the sake of my business I would have already fired her or forced her to have better attention. The staff is what waters it or they are paid little or they are really bitter 😒😬🤷♀️
Francisco Flores: They repaired my hood, although it took a long time but it was not their fault but the supplier's fault, it took a little over a month because the necessary part did not arrive. You must be aware and speak to be up to date with the process. The attention is very good and a lot of people arrive so you have to be patient.
