Jonathan Mendoza Galvan: Terrible attention in terms of changes by Mr. Andrew. It gives you a thousand fictitious pretexts to avoid any type of change in merchandise. In my case, I changed my mind when making a purchase and after a few days I decided to change an item for a newer and therefore more expensive item... and it tells you that "you only have one day to make the change" and a lot of other excuses . Not to mention the unhelpful and pushy attitude. BEWARE, the other staff give you good care and advice.
