: p: El concierto al que iría se canceló por pandemia. En cuanto me entero de que no se llevará a cabo, voy al sitio para pedir mi reembolso, me dicen que de momento no hay indicaciones para esos casos, que esté al pendiente de lo que diga Ticketmaster, posteriormente, la boletera por fin anuncia que podemos empezar con el proceso de reembolsos y que debíamos acudir al lugar en donde los adquirimos. Voy a este sitio y me anotan en una lista diciéndome que ellos me llamarían, pasa el tiempo y nada; yo constantemente iba a ver en que iba mi situación y sólo me daban pretextos, que no hay sistema, que la lista es larga, que no hay dinero. Fueron casi 3 años de estar acudiendo por información, el día que por fin me atienden, me dicen que ya no me darán mi dinero porque el plazo se terminó. Fue responsabilidad de ellos, y ahora Ticketmaster se quedará con mi dinero. Son unos ladrones aprovechados.

Alex G: Mi tercera vez en la arena, esta vez para el inolvidable y grandioso concierto de Billie Eilish ❤️, una presentación histórica y donde hubo sold out total, el juego de luces, el escenario, la presentación y Billie junto con Finneas fue simplemente inolvidable y de primer nivel... pero hubo muchas cosas que me desagradaron, empezando por la pésima organización de parte de ocesa ya que desde la fila empezaron los problemas, cuando una noche antes repartieron pulseras y dieron prioridad, aunado a eso nos hicieron esperar casi cinco en un horas lugar apartado de la arena, muy sucio y lleno muchos residuos (kk) de animales (si saben a lo que me refiero) , pero todo eso queda olvidado por le gran noche que vivimos más de 15 mil almas al escuchar a nuestra gran y talentosa Billie ❤️
