Carlos Gonzalez: When I went to pick my car. Because I didn't want to buy an insurance they wanted 10k in dollars for a deposit. They ended up taking 5k dollars not pesos. They were not too nice. They also asked for a water bill. I don't live in Mexico so i didn't have one. I finally Said if you don't want to honor my reservation just refund my deposit so i can go so.ewhere else. which they said they couldn't do. They finally gave ne my car.

Extra thanks to Bianca Borboleta for excellent customer service as she is always very helpful and quick to respond to any requests from our side. No matter if our company couldn’t book a car for the weekend or we didn’t have the right corporate account she always finds a way to solve the issue. Thank you for such positive experience! Joni Kärhä: Everything went ok, until the moment we returned the car. The salesman (Andrés) blatantly lied to us about the prepaid gas.We were told very clearly, that we are paying 800 pesos for the prepaid tank, but got charged 1081 on the return. First time in my life I got a prepaid tank, because of this offer. We had to argue with another agent while returning the car, who could not do anything about it anymore. We had to pay that eventually, and didn't get any compensation.We also got promised a full tank, but in reality it was 91% (it was full bars, until after 5mins of driving it went to 9/10 bars).Enterprise has always had the best service in the US, but atleast this branch (& specifically this blatant liar agent) has ruined it for us in Mexico unfortunately.

Terrible service and terrible phone customer service. Then we ended up paying nearly triple in-store due to the company's error. Honestly, I can't recommend Enterprise rentals at all for tourists.

Nash Kabbara: The car I was given was in terrible shape. Service and employees are good. I wouldn’t go back because of vehicle quality.
Antonio Jaime: They have no cancellations, refunds, nothing. Lots of additional fees.I asked them how much they were going to charge as a guarantee for WhatsApp, they gave me a figure. When I arrived they gave me a figure more than double what they had told me.
Icela Vazquez: Europcar did not honor the car insurance purchase on Expedia. They said that the insurance purchase on Expedia was not valid. They will not release the car unless I make a deposit of the total value of the car or purchase their insurance (which was way more expensive than the one I had already purchased) and they requested $1000 deposit. I called Expedia customer service and they told me that the insurance is valid and they should accept the policy. When the Expedia representative tried calling Europcar, the employee at the front desk picked up the phone, but they hang up on the representative. The Expedia representative said that he called three other times, but they did not pick up the phone. We were at the front desk and saw when the employee hung up the phone. We told them that Expedia is trying to reach out to them, but they said that they have not received call from them, even though we saw them pick up and hung the phone. Since the Europcar employees refused to talk to Expedia, we had no choice but to get their insurance so they can release the car to us. They were also haggling the price of the policy. Another red flag. We were definitely scam and had an unexpected expense thanks to Europcar. Not the way we wanted to start our vacation. Never using them again.

Lopez al: The Car I reserve was no abailable I got a lower type of car and No apologies or a discount. It took me about 60 minutes to get in and out. This office did not allow me to use Amex for the deposit. That is a dirty trick to make you buy Insurance (my credit card includes insurance) the price of my reservation when to almost twice as much as the quoted price. I consider this a scam please use other services.
