Miles: I come here regularly but today may be the last time that I come in this store. The staff can be helpful but my last three visits were unbelievably terrible. My friend and I were walking around to get better lighting since the lighting in some parts of the store was a little weird. To then the staff replied that lighting doesn't matter when trying out the product as long as the color on your face matches your neck. Like what?? Staff need more training in customer service and if you don't want your customers to bring their backpacks, then please make space to collect our bags temporarily. I would be so willing to do that than being followed around like a thief which makes the shopping experience terrible, embarassing, disappointing and annoying.
