Andres ramirez castellanos: Tenemos más de 5 meses sin servicio. En las fechas de reparación no vienen.Los ejecutivos no tienen la menor idea de cómo ayudarte. En el sistema no tienen una bitácora real de lo que está pasando.Solo dan largas y nada de soluciones.

Soporte Comercial: muy mal servicio, pésimo, no responden los tel, está restringido el número de atención a clientes, en el chat te cortan la comunicación adrede, las alarmas fallan demasiado, total, no hay quien resuelva los problemas, yo hago la recomendación de buscar otras opciones en cuestiones de seguridad, porque de plano está empresa, no me da la seguridad que necesito, ni la atención ni nada, muy mal servicio, no lo recomiendo.
CARLOS GUZMAN: Llevo dos días tratando de comunicarme para que revisen el sistema por un aviso de alarma, que marcó la caja alfanumérica y no responden o dice error en la marcación.No se si no estén actualizados sus números telefónicos.

Enrique: The worst security experience. They place the equipment and take off: literally. It only works for false alarms. Twice I have had emergencies and they never answered the call. The equipment failed right after the warranty expired. Payment receipts never arrive. A disastrous experience. To sue them.
MARCOS ZARAGOZA: a pity, when selling you very intense and active, having errors or omissions of undue charges, nobody knows anything! waters when hiring no one supports you !! super sorry to have hired !! You also try to call and they never answer, never!
Fernando Rodriguez (FeR): The worst alarm service, they don't even respond when required, the attention is terrible, nobody knows how to give an explanation and everything is assumed. And worst of all, they break their promotions. Be careful when they tell you that they give you something at the end of the term, they will charge you or take it away.Review the contract well or preferably do not contract with them. This far from being a security company, they are only good at collecting, that is if it is a success, their collection is punctual and with high facilities. I think they should change their spin.

Sam Motion: Pésimo servicio, los teléfonos que tienen en la página para hacer el pago vía telefónica no funcionan, quieres llamar al teléfono 800 y tampoco contestan, tienes que estarles casi casi rogando para que te cobren. Horrible servicio!!!

C Lazzeri: Excellent location and facilities. From the moment you arrive, the treatment at the reception is extraordinary. The staff cares that you feel comfortable during your stay and they are always attentive to what you need. Parking is ample and at no additional cost. The pool and bar on the terrace is fantastic. The sunset view is excellent. The breakfast they offer is very varied and complete. My recommendation is that they start the service at 6 AM, since they currently start it at 7 and sometimes there is not time to take it.Rooms: Las habitaciones son amplias y las instalaciones sanitarias excelentes.Walkability: Se encuentra a espaldas del country club por lo que puedes dar una caminata de unos 5 Km alrededor del mismo y muy seguro.
