Mike Schnekenburger: Unless you have no other choice I would find a different place to shop for high end watches and jewelry. 2 different occasions where staff simple won't respond to simple requests about inventory and prices. Not what one expects from a company selling these brands. Lost our business twice and cannot be bothered chasing people down who are clearly not interested in making money and clearly not doing what they were hired to do.
