My incision was so thin and healed great. Incisions is so low and can easily be covered. My breast incisions you can barely see and I am only 7 weeks post op. My case was so difficult because I had so much loose skin after loosing almost 100lbs. Other Doctors would tell me that I would need at least two surgeries but Dr olmedo made me look and feel like I have never felt before and I dont require any extra surgeries. nancyespinoza2009: lousy doctor. Zero attention, from the first moment I arrived at the hospital I should have suspected that something was not right. I live in the United States and I was going to travel to Guadalajara to have a rhinoplasty. I arrived at the hospital and went directly to the office since I had an appointment hours before the surgery. It is worth mentioning that this would be the first time that I would meet with Doctor Echeagaray. I waited for half an hour and nothing, then a nurse arrives and tells me that Doctor Echeagaray was waiting for me in the operating room, she explained that I had an appointment with him before my surgery and she assured me that she would see me before surgery. She arrived at the hospital and they charged me (my husband told me that he would not pay since the doctor had not yet seen me, that what they were doing was not right) but I was anxious and determined to have the surgery that I had waited so long for imported and paid. Then they brought me in to get ready, a nurse gave me a gown and cauterized my vein (the doctor still hadn't come to see me) I lasted maybe another half hour and suddenly the doctor came and explained what he was going to do to me. I tell him the things that I don't like and would like to change with the surgery and he tells me that everything is perfect, he takes some photos of me with his cell phone and leaves. Then they take me to the operating room where the anesthesiologist and the otolaryngologist were, and I never saw Dr. Echegaray, which makes me question if he really did the surgery or if it was just the ENT. Hours later I am in my room where my husband was waiting for me. Hours go by and the only one who will see how I am is the otolaryngologist and he tells me how they fixed the tip of my nose and that I was going to love it. The next day I was discharged and I never saw Dr. Echeagaray. A week goes by and I go to have the splint removed and I look in the mirror and I see that my nose is still big, in fact much bigger than before and he tells me that it is because it is very inflamed that in a few weeks the inflamed part will go down a bit . 3 months passed and my nose was still super big. I sent photos to the doctor and he assured me that it was still too soon and that it was very inflamed. It's been a year and 7 months now and my nose is super big with no change at all my nostrils are big the tip of my nose wide and actually bigger than before the surgery and when I'm outside and it's hot it gets wider like if it will fluff up The only change is that I no longer have the hump (bone on the bridge of the nose) and if I touch my nose I can feel where the hump was lowered and a higher edge is felt that reaches the tip. In other words, the only thing they did to me was lower/sand my hump. I honestly feel that going to Dr. Echeagaray was a big mistake! I should have done more research. If you are looking for a surgeon to operate your nose, Dr. Echeagaray is NOT the doctor you are looking for. And if you travel from the United States to Mexico thinking that you will save money, think about it very well. I spent $3000 on the trip and surgery and it was not worth it. In fact, later I found out that a rhinoplasty in Mexico costs approximately $35,000 pesos and I paid $45,000 pesos and it was not worth it at all. Now I'm saving to have surgery one more time! All the comments speak of the kindness of the doctor, in my case I assure you that he was only kind while we communicated before the surgery, since the day of the surgery and while I was recovering, he never bothered to ask how I was. I hope that my experience will help someone and even the doctor who sees that he does not have the same treatment with all people and this will help him to be more attentive to ALL his patients.

Although he had been highly recommended and I saw the amazing results from that procedure, read many, many great reviews, spent so much time reading all about Dr. Agredano, traveling out of the Country was something I always said I would NEVER have the courage to do. I was beyond impressed and even more inclined to take such a big step after our consultation via video due to the following: his professionalism, how he took the time to explain the entire process, gave his honest opinion as to what would best work for me and why, answer the many, many questions and concerns my husband. The day of my surgery was beyond nerve wrecking. I am a 44 mother of 2, so so far away from home. The emotions I was feeling were something I had never felt before. Tears, anxiety, doubts, I was going through it all. Dr. Agredano’s Personal Assistant, Hector, was in my hospital room, which I must say was WOW - beautiful - huge suite. Due to Covid, only one family member was able to stay overnight with you in the room. That part had 2 huge couches, tables, a TV, the works!! Great area for my niece who lived in Guadalajara and accompanied me to sleep and relax while I underwent my procedure. Hector was with me from the minute I walked into that room, until I was taken to the operating room. Hector made sure I was as comfortable as I possibly could be. I had been in contact with him for weeks, so finally meeting him was so refreshing because he also was always so helpful and made himself available each time I called or texted with questions. The anesthesiologist, nurses were beyond comforting as well, made sure I had all questions answered that morning prior to me heading to the operating room. Dr. Agredano stopped by to go over last minute questions or concerns as well. Again, I felt so much better and comfortable knowing I was in great hands. My surgery went great, rough night due to the anesthesia. I have always experienced vomiting due to anesthesia so I was prepared. Not the greatest feeling after breast implants and tummy tuck to be puking, but the fact that I felt nothing else was rewarding. The nurses who cared for me were amazing. The nurse assigned to tend to me for the 72 hours after surgery at my niece’s house, Atziry was beyond great. Yes, you are also provided with an amazing nurse for 3 days post operation who travels wherever you are staying, bathes you and changes your gauzes, all included in the cost! This was another example of being on the best care. None of my friends in the U.S had that after their surgeries. My post-op appointment with Dr. Agredano was not 3 days after as originally discussed. Not because he was careless, but because Atziry was in communication with him during each visit with me. Videos, texts, phone calls, all of it. I was blessed to have healed wonderfully, I was doing great, the drains looked great, i felt great, there was no need to leave the house yet and I was perfectly fine with his recommendation to wait. I met with Dr. Agredano twice before flying back home and each time, he answered the many, many questions I had, along with my husband’s who joined us via facetime. I was beyond happy with my results, felt great, excited with my new me and eager to get back home. I have and will continue to recommend Dr Agredano to ALL. Beyond happy and feeling wonderful.
