Manuel Lomeli: Esta es una respuesta a Carlos el cliente de laÚltima opinión seré muy detallado.resulta que su camioneta llegó en grúa por qué no encendía .tenía un problema electrónico. Siempre antes de reparar cualquier cosa se les da un costo . Si no autoriza no se hace nada .entonces autorizo. Y se reparó para esto se le pidió que depositara y depósito la mitad . Qué fue reparación electronica y cambio de poleas.que se le dio 2 opciones una barata que no le recomendamos y poner las originales que eran mucho más caras . Entonces autorizo ambas cosas se repararon . Después pidió que le cotizarnos la suspensión tenía unas partes dañadas .se le cotizo todo original por qué no autorizo quitarlas para ver si en algún lugar conseguíamos mejor costo. Entonces son caras esas piezas y no autorizo y no se hizo.resulta que llegó al taller molesto y dijo que se quería llevar su auto . Se molesto por qué el costo de la suspensión era alto. Y le dijimos donde cotizamos. Para que comprobará los costos . Eso lo molesto más entonces dijo que se llevaría su camioneta . Claro como ya funcionaba se la llevó gracias ala reparacion .entonces ya no quería pagar nada. Y le restaban 2.000 por qué depósito la mitad. Entonces pago quedó debiendo 500 y se fue . Efectivamente me lo comunicaron y me ordeno que fuera en ese momento y de manera altanera. Por eso se le dijo que no era su empleado. Resulta que el es sobrino de el dueño de la agencia Camarena y le.dijo yo te reparó todo a mitad de precio ojo ese es un descuento que a nadie le dan y sobre esos costos quiso comprar es absurdo. Esta es la versión completa . Verdad que las.cosas cambian ??

Carlos: Honesto? este taller de honesto no tiene nada!!!.. las piezas que me cotizaron yo las cotice con un costo de $2,243, con una instalación máxima de 4 horas, este taller me estaban cobrando $14,300.Aparte de querer estafarme hicieron cambios al vehículo sin autorización previa y al momento de recoger la unidad y no aceptar la cotización me negaron la salida hasta que pagara lo que no había autorizado y trabajo que tampoco habían realizado.Los que atienden tienen buena disposición pero el propietario es muy grosero y nada profesional, evitando atender mi inconformidad y levantando la voz y dándome comentarios como no soy tu empleado ni tu mi papa, si no pagas no te llevas tu carro.Por si fuera poco me robaron la funda de la llanta de refacción... pésima experiencia y trato, evítense problemas y busquen otro lugar.
