Daniel Rodríguez: The review is for the product itself, not the store or staff (which had an EXCELLENT treatment, 10 out of 10). I was one of the lucky ones to buy a standard Luuna pillow when they had just become famous, today it is still the pillow I sleep with and seriously it is AMAZING, it does not deform, it is still hard and comfortable, wonderful! However, it took approx. 2 years and due to the good background I decided to buy 2 pillows: one standard and one king size... well, surprise, the king size seemed to be made of paper, flatter than the Taylor Swift and the Nicki Minaj before surgery... curious is that the padding was blue, although it has always been white/beige... researching I realized that that famous blue padding was more defective than the GDL Light Rail, even so I wanted to give them a vote of confidence but no... investigate yourselves; They lowered the quality more than a Chinese product, it is a pity that a Mexican company lowers itself like this and falls into that prevailing social dynamic of lowering its quality when they sell the most, how sad. As I said, the treatment of the store staff was 10 and they gave me a refund, it is the only redeemable thing. Seriously, don't buy! It's not worth it anymore.
