Solo me ofrecieron agua y la verdad no era lo adecuado para mi momento de relajación, pedi si tenian algo más cómo tés y me dijeron que no habia.Queria usar la piscina, pero me comentaron estaba dañado el calentador y estaba temperatura ambiente.

Angy: Nos gustó mucho la experiencia. Íbamos en pareja en plan de celebrar nuestro aniversario, y sinceramente disfrutamos mucho del masaje, el jacuzzi, la regadera escocesa, y el desayuno. El personal fue muy amable y las instalaciones están súper limpias y armoniosas para disfrutar de tu estadía. Lo malo de nuestra experiencia fue que nos tocó que hay construcciones cerca, por lo que el jardín sensorial no lo recomiendo por el momento, no te permite disfrutar de la experiencia que te piden hacer con los ojos cerrados. También mientras me daban el masaje, podía escuchar por encima de la música de relación, a una niña hablando con una mujer dentro del spa. Al parecer estaban en el jardín platicando y por la ventana se escuchaban sus voces, lo cuál me desconcentró totalmente. Y finalmente lo que más me molestó, fue que ya estando en ropa interior y con bata, me pidieron pasar al jardín en frente de 2 trabajadores que iban a hacer reparaciones al lugar, lo cuál me incómodo muchísimo porque el señor no fue bueno ni para levantarse y tuve que pasar en frente de él para poder salir al jardín. Ahora entiendo porque en una reseña alguien se queja de que no respetan la privacidad de sus clientes. Cuando le comuniqué mi molestia a las señoritas completamente enojada por esto, su respuesta fue que lo platicaría con su jefa y que igual ellos ya se iban. También les sugiero que cambien su cámara de seguridad del jardín a un lugar un poco más escondido, ya que uno se siente vigilado mientras come. De ahí en más disfruté lo más que pude está experiencia.

They used tools in me that I have never had done before. Professional as usual.I then had 90 minute deep tissue with Emmanuel. I think he’s the owner. He was so professional and asked questions as to what was best pressure wise and what was bothering me. After he gave me advice on drinking water and no alcohol that day and night.Today I texted Gianluca for an early appt since I had an 11am meeting and couldn’t fit another massage all day. He was accommodating and met me at 9:30. They open at 10 and really appreciate this spa for allowing me to come in early. Thank you for a great experience.Jan 16: Super massage place in GDL. The staff are so welcoming and professional. Emmanuel is full of information, especially on their various facials products.Today, I only got the 90 min massage with Gianluca. He was great. Soothing yet with enough pressure to break down the tight muscles.I will def come back to this spa for all these services. 👍🏽
