Bo R: It is ok. It is stuffy with little air circulation. The space always feels crowded. It was sometimes difficult to find weights.I was charged 500 a month by the staff, though apparently it is supposed to be lower.

Lorena Ramirez: Excellent place to do gymnastics. I would only invite the owner to give more maintenance to the equipment that some do not work to a hundred cardio in "cleaning and grooming" (daily), he is neglected in this aspect himself, it is not expensive, it is on the average $ 390 per month and has just conditioning a small box space with an additional cost of $ 150 includes a trainer. Eduardo Diaz: A basic gym, without air conditioning, or Wi-Fi (elementary nowadays) few discs for the bars, you have to alternate and wait a long time to be able to train if it touches your leg or chest !! Felicia Poulden: Pool is sometimes dirty and cold. The middle part of the pool sometimes is warm while the other part is cold, makes it hard to enjoy swimming. Shower & locker room are good.

Either SmartFit corporate is full of Ivy League MBAs who have never stepped out of the boardroom or they just don’t like making money. This level of incompetence I typically expect from a gov’t-run operation...

Rosa LoVe: An excellent option to exercise, without pressure of schedules or days (24/7) In general, the devices are in good condition, they have individual bathrooms and showers, a room with a variety of classes and schedules, instructors (sometimes the instructors are in a bad way😒, courting 🙄 or stuck in cell phone 😒 and get upset when you ask them about a routine, like the manager, they have very little tact when dealing with partners) From then on everything is fine, affordable price and central location
Raúl Lepe: My closest gym. It has very good facilities, classes, nutrition service among many other things. The last time I signed up for the year it was around 6500 pesos with a promotion of extra months. Highly recommended.
Efrain Marquez: Excellent gym, good equipment, the treatment with the staff is very good. The bad thing is that a large part of the people registered DO NOT respect the COVID protocols (they do not bring face masks or use it as a neck cover) DO NOT respect the rules of the gym (they bring hangover shirts, they open doors to people who do not bring their key or do not your reservation, they don't clean appliances, etc)
Gabriel Lozano: Very good care. It is always very clean and tidy. Just as a note, the condition of the treadmills needs to be improved and there are a couple that are failing.
Alex López: The equipment is sufficient and generally well maintained, they have a nutrition service and offer very tasty and healthy tastings. Nis is a very good instructor and when it comes to the gym, everything is very good. What I did not like is that if you arrive during peak hours the parking lot was saturated and to get to change you had to wait up to 20 minutes. On weekends you can find very unpleasant things in the bathrooms, I know it's not the gym's fault but the people's.
Oscar Rubén Saucedo Álvarez: The Facilities have cleaning stations (Gel, liquids and paper towels), the toilets are always clean, the administrative staff is very friendly, the Trainers are always on the lookout and are kind to explain each exercise, especially Edwin, apart from be aware of the partners, is professional to explain the exercises. I do recommend it especially to my acquaintances and family.
01 C01: The attention is perfect on the part of the instructors and the manager Aldo. However, in the bathrooms, the service is lousy, since I have had to wait up to 30 minutes to take a shower. But the worst thing is that there is no hot water and in this cold season it occurs to them to save money with solar heaters. I have passed my complaint on several occasions and we are several partners who have shown our part in disagreement and yet it is worth it, since to date they have not given a solution to the problem. I recommended several people who signed up and apparently they are thinking of leaving because of this detail of the water. And know or other people who already left for that reason. I repeat, the instructors and the manager named Aldo, very attentive and helpful but the owners do not care about your opinions or complaints that may arise.

But, I have two months since my annuity expired and today it bothered me a lot to receive a message saying "tell us if you are interested in continuing or to cancel your membership and stop sending you advertising" so with that desire to pay attention and do your job I would love to go back to the branch. There is always a cardio machine broken down, one or the other, but there is always one that does not work and it is not the largest gym, in fact it is the very small branch and they all get saturated at peak hours. My previous comment: They treat you well, the place is nice and clean, but they should take care that the appliances are better maintained, I'm two years old and there is always something broken. Lately the hot water in the showers lasts very little. From 5 stars I already lowered it to 4 :(

Very good access system, bathrooms never completely clean, decent equipment and excellent location. Although Rihanna's music at FULL volume is honestly suffocating, hence the low rating.
Via Gtz: Very spacious gym and has all the security measures, they constantly clean all the appliances and super clean bathrooms too. The coaches are amazing! If you go do not hesitate to take a personalized session, you will not regret it.

No AC but you're there to break a sweat so who cares! Super friendly staff, DELICIOUS Smoothie bar with fresh ingredients! Month to month membership available and super easy to sign up! I'm glad I found this Gem!

Tillman Clark: They only offer 2 month or longer memberships. Literally no other options, they will not let you in no matter what. Don’t walk all the way over here if you only need a week or a month long gym!
Victor Samudio: Weak. I had paid for multiple days saying that they would t expire. Came back to see that is was not the case. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Lynsey Sharp: One of the things I miss when travelling long term is going to the gym. So we were happy to be able to join this gym for a month while we were in Guadalajara. The equipment is well maintained and there is plenty of it. Visiting around lunchtime everyday worked well for us, and we never had to wait to use any equipment.

Sarahi Acosta: It is a good place to exercise. All the appliances work properly and I have had to see them cleaned frequently. I wish they had more classes in the morning or more times for yoga.
José Eduardo Mendoza Galeana: I didn't like that on the flyer they will announce showers and when I went there weren't any or they didn't serve who knows. But it's fine on the inside, calm down, the coach looks cool, of the gyms where I went to ask for reports, the center is where they treated me best at reception, it's well lit, it doesn't get hot, they have a food area and drinks water (it costs of course). I haven't been there long so I'll talk about the variety of equipment later.

Karla Bogarin: The gym has good facilities, adequate and spacious spaces. It has equipment and accessories in good condition to perform the exercises. The trainers are on the lookout, they give and vary the routines. I have seen very good progress and results in my body. I highly recommend it 👌🏻🏆

sumit suman: A good gym, moderately expensive and with indoor swimming pool . They has some Trainner hardly any of them speak English so you need to know Spanish in order to understand what they say you to do. Equipments are in order and they do give on time maintainable but this could improve. In the cost of the gym swimming pool is not included. You need to pay separate for enroll in swimming. There is no coach or Trainner for swimming.
Ryan Zapko: Coming from the US, I wasn't sure what to expect from this gym. What I definitely didn't expect was one of the best gyms in North America! 4 floors of equipment including boxing/speed bag, crossfit, and so so much more. A day pass was an incredibly reasonable 120 pesos. Can't wait to come back! Staff was very helpful as well (and spoke English).

FIVE STARS COMPANY: Good gym, enough, but its hours allow training even on holidays, that's why I'm there
Elisa RH: It is small, there are many devices, there are certain days where there are quite a few people, but if you apply yourself you can do your routine without any problem. Of the gyms near the area, it is the one with the fewest people. I like it 🤩, they just need to have another trainer, since they only have one for the whole gym.
Mario Velarde: The monthly fee is very expensive for the type of gym it is. Very few promotions should lower their costs unlike the rest of the competition around them.
Teresita De Jesus Angulo Perez: The gym is good, they should just change the instructor...... 👎 And turn on the ventilation, most of the time the fans are turned off not to mention that the instructor starts to close the gym completely at 10 pm! And suffocates completely

Laura Fuentes: Increasingly they hire instructors who are more egotistical and less empathic with users, they spend their time training girlfriends in addition to occupying devices with heavy weights for a long time. The new one in the morning is saved.
Alelisal Islas: Good gym, I highly recommend it. They include spinning and dance classes in the monthly fee.
Claudia Gutierrez: The trainers and receptionists are super nice and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun. The facilities are adequate and all prevention measures are followed in the face of the pandemic. 10/10
