Goa Restaurant: what do users think?

Rajneesh Singh: The food I ordered via Uber eats was not good. There was more salt in 2 of the curries. Paratha ha little or no stuffing. I ate 4 times at this restaurant and food was good only once. I would not recommend this to anyone. You get free rice and raita but that does not save the taste. It fails to satisfy my taste pallets for Indian food. Try at your own risk and luck.

Scotty McIntyre: This place is a MUST! The spicy mushrooms were outrageous this world! We had the Rojan Josh with lamb, Butter Chicken & 2 others that were great! Awesome service & great location.

Rohini Sudhakar: Worst food i’ve ever eaten. The paneer mutter was super salty, the dal makni was bitter and the aloo parath omg it was like a pizza base cooled and given no stuffing and very very bad as it was prepared with maidha. The rice which was given with the curry was called basmati rice and clearly you can see its a mexican rice. Half boiled thank god i didnt feed this food to my little one. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK. When you cant cook proper indian food why on earth do you call it indian not indian spices at all.

Mummidivarapu Nagaraju: Please don’t go. In Guadalajara no Indian restaurant is good. I ordered lamb Biryani, they gave me some mixed rice. Understand that eat Mexican food in Mexico, Indian food in India.

Mike Pulsifer: The dishes are amazing, spicy or mild , feel good food . The staff and the chef are super into making sure your dining experience is superb. Garlic naan is delicious 300 peso’s and with cold beer

Vijayanand kamaraj: 2 Samosas for 105MXN😳 Not worth. Very average taste. Biryani Quantity is very less.Service gesture alone is good. The supplier talks too much for tips. Please improve the food quality. Your employees will automatically get if your food deserves it.

Ali Crain: The naan was good. I got the Tikka Masala Paneer. It definitely has a Mexican twist to it with big chunks of onions and peppers. I’m not an onion fan so not appealing to me. And I felt like a little more sauce was needed. Overall a decent meal and I’ll be back. Everyone was very kind and helpful.
siva kumar: Worst of worst. Ordered mutton biryani. Mutton was smelling bad. Rice and cutleries all bad. Used local rice. Just thrown to bin.Food: 1/5|Service: 1/5 …More
archana patel: Whenever we visit Guadalajara, we definitely visit Goa restaurant for Indian food. Best Indian food you can find it in mexico. Would recommend this place.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Nadia Robles: The food is delicious and the service is excellent. I recommend the butter chicken, the best I've had in Guadalajara.
Grant Allen: Surprised at the number of negative reviews. We had the aloo gobi and chana masala with roti and were very pleased. Enjoyed the place and would recommend based on our experience.

Ame DLarge: The quality and taste have gone down a lot. The rice that you are served with the curry is no longer Basmati and the curry did not have that strong and unique flavor that it used to. :(
RASHMI SHUKLA: I ordered online and when I ordered biryani, how am i going to eat it. They gave no spoon, no fork, no tissue. As an Indian taste was average but for mexican they will find it good because their food is very different.Food: 3/5|Service: 2/5 …More
Luis Enrique Vega: Different flavor to get out of the everyday
Elba Aviña: Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5More
Alex Castro: I ordered through Uber eats and it left a lot to be desired, I received very little food for almost 500 pesos, the rice had no flavor, besides the quantity was ridiculous, as was the curry.
Maru Henandez Mercado: Very good food, 👌When you try it for the first time, it tastes very spicy, because hereIn Mexico we are not used to eating so seasoned. BUT IF YOU'VE ALREADY EATEN IT, REMEMBER IF YOU LIKED IT. WHAT IS DELICIOUS 😋Kid-friendliness: La sienten picosa! Pero si les explicas que hay cosas neutras como el arroz, blanco las tortillas y algunos aderezos .Y le explicas y ayudas a convinarlos.Su primera vez, Será muy aceptable para los niños y niñas !!!

Al Meraj Grill & Pak Indian Cuisine Providencia: what do users think?

Laurie Ebo: Al Meraj is an open air restaurant with plenty of seating. The food was delicious and fresh. I had the samosas, a lental dish, a mixed vegetable dish and a lemon mineral drink. The food was very tasty and made to your level of spiciness. I will definitely visit Al Meraj again.

sumit suman: Most authentic food in Guadalajara. My fav is chicken acharati, mutton handi. Mutton paneer achari. Gulab jamun are good in size . Overall it’s a genuine price and good test food place. Highly recommended at first place for Indian food.

vishal chaturvedi: Overall the restaurant lacks food and service quality. Food -2/5 Portion - 3/5 Ambience 3/5 service 2/5

Jan M: Tasty food; great mutton curry, very fresh large naan, whole jeera (cumin) rice. Thanks

Lori L'Heureux: Excellent flavors and service. The portions are a little small so we ordered extra rice, naan and paratha.

Sirra Anderson Crum: My husband and I came here for lunch and wow, so good! We got the chicken tikka masala and the butter chicken. Both were very delicious! We also got the mineral lemonades. I highly recommend this place.

Tristin Crum: Phenomenal service, extremely friendly owner, great food. We got the Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala with rice and naan and everything was great. It was a different flavor profile than my wife and I were used to but not in a bad way, the food was phenomenal, we’d absolutely return and you won’t be disappointed
Omar Estevez: When visiting this place for the first time, I find a nice place with excellent flavor, as well as great attention from the waiters. My personal recommendation is to order the "Butter Chicken" I think it has an excellent flavor. Unfortunately, within this great taste experience, I took an unpleasant scene in which a manager was calling out an employee in front of all the diners. Is this the best way to do it? I leave it as a comment for improvement since I consider that it is not correct to exhibit the staff in this way.
Aldo Ballesteros: All of us who went ended up sick to our stomachs, even though most of us had tried Indian food before…
Gaurav Srivastava: Food: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 2/5More
Kenya Rivas Lona: Delicious lamb and chicken. We went on a Monday and there were still a lot of people. There was only one waitress so it took a while but it was worth it. Even though we asked for very spicy, it wasn't that hot… but still delicious. The place is spacious and beautiful.
Mr. Anderson: The flavor or the "lamb" curry was okay, a little salty. It wasn't lamb either, it was goat (I realize lamb might be difficult to get here). I also found it strange that rice doesn't come with the curry, and that you have to order it separately. Naan was okay. I probably won't return here.Food: 2/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 3/5Recommended dishes Mutton Handi …More
Manuel Pérez: Very nice place with different and delicious food to try. It is very loaded with seasonings because that is the typical food of those countries.
Juan Carlos Sauza Mancilla: Quite good' and there are 3 times that I go.
Carolina Amezcua: Excellent food and excellent treatment. They are very friendly and the food is delicious. The dessert: Gulab jamun with snow is the most exquisite, it is quite an experience.
Ezekiel Samir: Today I was excited about eating here do to all the good reviews but I was truly disappointed. We were a party of 4 adults and one 5 year old. My kid is very picky with food so we had brought something for him to eat knowing he would refuse to try what they serve here. We asked if it would be possible for him to eat what we brought for him while the rest of us would order so the waitress said it was not allowed, that there's a sign that said it was not allowed but that she would ask of it was possible, I honestly thought it would not be a problem but oh boy was I wrong. When she came back she said it would not be possible for him to eat there, that he would need to order from their menu or step out to eat outside.Again we were 4 adults that would eat there and everyone was going to order drinks including my kid who was also planning to try a dessert. The business was almost empty, just 2 other tables so not sure why they were willing to lose a posible frequent customer.I understand there's rules and even though I was not aware of the sign she mentioned on our first interaction I had the decency to ask first. I do feel this was not a situation where we were trying to take advantage, planing on saving money or anything, but well.Sorry that you are getting a bad review that has nothing to do with the food you guys serve, rules are ment for a reason but as a business you need to adapt because customers are what keep you running.

Vou tentar ir algumas vezes por ano.Vegetarian options: A comida indiana tem muitos aspectos vegetarianos. Faça as perguntas certas e você pode até ter opções veganas

Little India: what do users think?

Javier Barraza: Food was average..Dont ever order Biryani not worthy to have boiled rice with curcuma I guess wrong recipe passed to chef by Owner !!overall only one time visit resrurant..Sad but thats the truth

Anwar: This is nice little place to get some authentic Indian food.it was nice and quiet, beautiful inside and comfortable too.there is tv with Indian pop music and Bollywood videos.the food is terrific,I loved the rice!!I will be coming back.the host was nice and speaks English and spanish.

Jan M: Great ambience; good menu; great service and very friendly owner. Food was ok. Nice atmosphere and good prices. Great naan bread and Raita

Sumit Kumar: I was last week there and left my comments to chef for food,Chicken was good but Biryani not sure what was it..no taste no fragnence nothing like Biryani at all..not sure what that rice suppose to be called, If you are chargeing please make sure what you are serving, in short worst so called Biryani of my life!!

yuip piuy: Had Saag Panner + Naan. Nothing really to write home about. The naan reminded me of premade naan sold at stores. The saag lacked the complex flavors found in indian food. Overall not a authentic representation of indian cusine.

Jose Ivan Martes Martinez: A bit over-priced for portion sizes. I would say that taste-wise I would say this is a below average Indian restaurant. The atmosphere of the place feels really old/antique. They tried to decorate it with Indian furniture but there is not one bit on contemporary taste in that place.

Aakaash Gollapudi: Tasteless food, no flavour, exorbitantly priced, tiny quantity. Never visit this place. Not even 1 dish is good or worth it.

Ali Crain: Cute little restaurant with delicious food and nice staff. The naan was especially good.
Luis García Valdés: My favorite place for Indian food in Gdl
Maximiliano Ruelas: Delicious food and very friendly service. I love going to eat and enjoy the flavors there
Michelle Casillas: delicious food! The drinks are also delicious, good portions and at a good price, I highly recommend it! Authentic taste of India
Nagarjuna K: Not bad you can try food
Isa: I really liked the place, the food was very tasty, it's like going with friends :D
Diego Garrido: good and pleasant attentionAs for the food, the portion is very good, the taste, if you like this type of food, is undoubtedly the one for newcomers who are about to try it. It's something they like.
Carolina Ayuso: Google says it opens at 2pm, and it wasn't open they open at 3.They must keep their schedules up to date. They give you a bad time.
Roman Lopez Araiza: Comida muy diferente al estilo que mencionan, la sra que nos atendió muy amable y te ayuda a saber elegir entre su menú
yuip piuy: Had Saag Panner + Naan. Nothing really to write home about. The naan reminded me of premade naan sold at stores. The saag lacked the complex flavors found in indian food. Overall not a authentic representation of indian cusine.

Snake Leon: still open? Because we went on a Saturday and everything was closed, they don't answer the phone.
sudhakar T: Don't judge a book by it's cover. The photo looks good, but it is not Indian briyani.Rice + meat + dry masala = briyani. This is what I received when I went there.
Yolanda Gonzalez: Delicious Indian food, wonderful show, a great night! The place is very recommendable😊
Hugo Esparza: y además me lo han recomendado amigos Indios, muy muy bien(Translated by Google
Lilia Treviño Gutierrez: Excellent service and delicious food

Al Meraj Grill & Pak Indian Cuisine: what do users think?

David Aguilar: Lamb biryani was mostly bones, and a little dry. Veggie pakoras was mostly clumps of fried chickpea flour, no vegetables inside. The taste is good but for the price, the meat and veggie portions should be much larger, I paid so much for just rice and chickpea flour. Parking: Street parking, right next to government building, so impossible to find space on weekdays before 4pm.

sumit suman: Authentic Indian food around plaza del sol and most famous Indian food place in the area. Good and close to Indian test has good service and when ever you go to eat Indian food please keep in mind it always take 30-45 min of preparation time so it’s usual that the airing time will be more here. Staff are good and service are fine.

Kyle Garrity: Everything I had here was extremely delicious. Some of the best Indian flavors I’ve ever had. Wish they had some more of the Indian dishes I find in the US but it just meant I had to try something new, and it did not disappoint!

Sujit Nair: A place that I used to visit for some decent Indian food during my trip to mexico. Very simple place but very good food. Though the service was a bit slow. Tried their butter chicken , naan, chicken tikka, samosa. One thing you might notice is unless you ask someone for menu no one will attend you.

Prashant Shekhar: One of the finest Indian Sub-Continental food you will find in Guadalajara. They really know how to enhance the case and the behavior of all they employee is really comforting. The owner is from Pakistan living in Mexico for last 16+ years and is so humble. We have been a regular visitor to this place (once every 10 days minimum), and they had understood our orders and taste. Everytime we had been there, we never came back disappointed. The ambience is very comforting. They have sufficient space for around 25 people to sit and relax. Once you are in GDL, looking for good Indo-pak food, this place is highly recommendable.

Marsia Quiroz: I came to this place due to some Indian coworker recommendation, and it was awesome! Good attention, service and of course the food, different flavors that you have to try. I loved the chicken biryani with palak ghost in special. Also you can chose the level of chili in your dish from 1 to 10, where 7 could be a torta ahogada level.

NAGA MUMMIDIVARAPU: Visted twice, not so good food. Mutton was smelly, may be stored for a longtime. I saw people carrying tons of chicken from Inside out. Not hygiene. Go for only to taste lassi. Indian food tastes good when you have in India. Lesson

Abdul Noor: We were worried about finding Halal food here in Guadalajara, Alhamdulillah this place convinced me as all Halal.Achari Chicken and Achari meat is delicious. Freshly cooked with very nice spice. Lamb biryani is also nicely spiced. Bought a couple other food from there.I will be returning back again in the next couple of days. A big thumbs up. 👍Compared to UK prices this big meal for 2 was only about £37.00.

Ketzy Camacho: Very good! I liked the attention of the waitress and the food is very tasty!
Alex Espinosa: Rich rice and the order of peas with cubes of cheese, I would just like to recommend them, review their prices, they seemed somewhat exaggerated for what they offer.
Eduardo Santos: The food is delicious but please put fans for the heat.
EDUARDO Vasquez: The truth is that the food is very good 👌 but I didn't like the waitress's service as she served us. Since she doesn't like her job, why not pay attention to the customers? The truth is, they served me better in Providence

Ali is always there so food is consistently good.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Mutton Dum Biryani, Chicken Curry, Chicken Malai, Chicken Dum Biryani, Egg Dum Biryani, Butter Chicken, Tandori Chicken Leg with Thigh, Mater Paneer, Naan, Chicken Biryani, Egg Vegetables Fried Rice, Aloo Paratha, Egg Veg Fried Rice …More

P G: I am an Indian chef , I have a business (Bites of India) in Puerto Vallarta,Jalisco.I just had the pleasure of having lunch here and meeting the chef/owner... Ali.Ordered the Mutton biryani and chicken curry, followed with 2 cups of chai. The meals were EXCELLENT and the chai as well. This is a very modest place ,very clean with OUTSTANDING FOOD flavors and more then ample portion sizes at reasonable prices.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ali's Corner.!!! Ali himself is also a very friendly and humble man with a vast array of experience, including being the personal chef to the Pakistani Diplomatic Mission(Ambassador) in Mexico as well as other countries.
Gopalakrishna Sannepalli: Food: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Atmosphere: 2/5More
Lidia Carvajal: Very good place, delicious food, reasonable prices and very good attention
Yatharth Palat: The best Indian Food in Guadalajara. I've tried a bunch of places but this one for sure was the best. The prices are really affordable for the quality of food. I would recommend the Mutton Karahi (though it's a little spicy)- the lamb is soooo tender. The biryani is also really good as is the naan.Ali is a really nice guy too. Very humble and hard working. The only thing I'd say needs a touch of improvement would be the speed of service, but then again Indian food takes a long while to make. (I'd take 5hours to make the same thing lol). All in all, for Guadalajara I'd 5/5 recommend this place.. and definitely going to go back!Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly.Parking: spots available in front of the restaurant and on the street
Henson Rebello: Food: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 3/5Recommended dishes Chicken BiryaniMore
Ankit Vyas: Best in the section, reasonable price and great service.Dietary restrictions accommodated Vegetarian Recommendation for vegetarians Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings Menu is all vegetarian, Vegetarian menu or section …More
Cherry Blossom Girl: I didn't like the food at all, I feel like it lacked more flavor, it was just spicy and that's it, the rice orders are very abundant. I think it's enough for 2 people, it's better to ask about the size of the order so they don't have too much food left over . On the other hand, the place felt a bit dirty. accessible prices

Lakshmi Indian Store: what do users think?

John Sree: Price is more costlier for Indian foods but it is the only Indian store to get spices in Guadalajara or Zapopan…. Owner or person attitude sometimes irritates customers.. we have to deal with him carefully..

Preeti Gupta: The owner of the store is Stupid and rude. He mentioned to me in the message that the store is going to open at 6 pm and when I went it was not open and when I called he said it’s 7 pm and disconnected my call. So unprofessional behavior and rude behavior. When he came and I asked him politely at what time it opens he started shouting on me saying you’re Rashmi’s customer and if you want stuff take it otherwise leave. Well thanks to him he suggested me Rashmi’s name next time I’m not going to his store for sure. Because of his monopoly ( only Indian store in GDL) he’s behaving like this and the prices also are too high. I will not recommend people to go to this store at all. Instead you can search for other options based in Mexico City and yes, they deliver all over Mexico.

naveenkumar gopal: All required basic indian groceries Available with quality and delivering the required items on request. Good Service to see in Guadalajara 👍

VENKATA VAMSI KRISHNA GURRAM: Buying indian groceries from this store for almost 6 years.Reasonable prices with best customer service.I never regretted with his service.I strongly recommend this store.

Moeen Ahmed: Excellent store. Kind owner behaviour,Most of the essential items are available for Indians, we can buy from here.

Parvathi Kumara Reddy Thavanati: I am happy to do service for our community like this eventhough a difference of expressions among some customers which is influenced by our COMPETITORS here and from México city particularly by RHOS, Mrs Rashmi and her husband Mr Vinod who are doing illegal business and staying in México illegally deceiving the INM (INM will come to know about this in few days). Soon I am going to promote and expand my business with 10% less than the price of our COMPETITORS. Soon it will be ANNOUNCED. Probably we may have a branch in México city with the help of the Embassy...Finally, Lakshmi Indian Store is for all the Indians.

La Flaca: what do users think?

Cinthia CH: La Flaca is one of the best fully vegan restaurants in Guadalajara. Is a must visit when in town. Everything there is delicious. The staff is super nice. The place is charming. I love all the plants.

Shellie Jones: I highly recommend La Flaca to anyone in search for great vegan food! We had the pozole soup, mushroom ceviche, and cauliflower wings which were all cooked and prepared perfectly. Everything had great flavour and was very fresh. The portion size was large for the price and was more than enough for two to share. Great service, our waiter was very nice and helpful throughout and was very quick with our order! Definitely stop by La Flaca if you’re in the neighbourhood!

Tanya Enid: Tasty and well crafted vegetarian food. Cute, unpretentious little place filled with greenery and plants. I had the eggplant taco, enmoladas and vegansito for dessert and organic merlot wine. All was good. I will go back.

Lauren Wicker: Everything that I have tried from this place has been incredible. The atmosphere is relaxed and green. Servers are kind and helpful. Great option for gluten free choices as well. Very affordable prices. Located just off of Chapu.Recommended dishes Apple Crumble, Vegan Soup, Guacamole …More

Hiren Patel: Good vegetarian options. Chips and salads for free were great. We tried all the veggie tacos and we liked most of them!

Trish K.: This place came highly recommended and was conveniently located for my Guadalajara stay. Service was top-notch: fast, friendly and attentive. Chips and salsa brought to your table while you wait for your meal. Great vegan Mexican food, beautifully presented. Covered outdoor seating only, very popular, fills up fast.

Anna Mulcahy: Excellent!! So delicious. I prefer to do vegetarian more often than meat. Which in Mexico this is hard. But this place was amazing. So tasty, good portions, good price, lovely atmospheric and staff. Really was so nice to have traditional Mexican but vegan!! You must goFood: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
