Courtney Smith: We bought the most complete package. The good: The ladies were all friendly. There were just a few things that dampened the experience for me. 1: I was disappointed with the manicure. I still had rough nail ends and mini callouses/loose skin at the end of the service. I usually do a better job myself unfortunately. 2: it seems they only have one size of disposable clothing to wear, which did not fit me, a US/Canadian size large, leaning towards XL. If I hadn’t brought a pair of shorts with me as a precaution, I don’t know what solution could have been offered. 3: the hydrating facial didn’t include much more than applying a lotion to the face. Maybe my expectations were too high. My masseuse (Connie, I think?) is skilled. If I went back, it would only be for the massage itself.

I did the mini-day spa package for my gf’s bday and they put a HBD sign in her dressing room. Everything about this place makes you feel special, refreshed and like you’re being well taken care of. Jim Cary: While in GDL, went here for a massage as you know traveling can take a toll on the body. The experience was great and the massage was amazing. Highly recommend this spa for some relaxation.
Sara Honeycutt: I went in with a lot of severe pain in my neck and shoulders and did a 90 minute four hands massage with Wendy and Christie and they were amazing! This was my first visit and I would definitely recommend it and I will be back regularly. Everyone at the spa was very friendly and professional from booking the appointment through checkout and it is in a beautiful setting.

But they dont have throw away clothes like the others spa do, and charged 5% more for card payment. Also procedure is 60 min, but they dont count dress-up time. Also no packages for massage and price they have is a bit high.

Kateryn Kim: I booked my initial appointment after reading the good reviews on Google. From Paxio, I’ve had two 30-minute massages and 1 hour long massage. Recently, I injured my hip so I booked another 1 hour massage to go get it checked out. My 30 minute hot stone massages with Elizabeth were amazing! From the beginning, she asked me if I was comfortable and if the pressure was good. She was extremely considerate of my shoulder concerns and areas I wanted to focus. Her pressures are strong and it was a very good deep tissue massage. 1 hour massage was good as well! I highly recommend trying out the 30 minute massage first to determine if an hour is necessary. Most of the times, I feel that the 30 minute massage suffices for my need, but when I want extra, 1 hour is great. The facility is very clean, and they have everything set up very professionally and cleanly before you arrive. I also really like that they take covid protocol well, with temperature and alcohol spray/sanitizer. Even though I have limited knowledge of Spanish, the staffs are extremely kind, and Claudia (sorry if I got it wrong!) was great! They are really prompt at WhatsApp messages to book appointment, and they go an extra mile to find the massage date/time that work for your schedule. I highly recommend Paxio for anyone in Guadalajara looking for a good massage. Coming from NA, this place offers incredible massage for its value.
