I imagined it busy, but I was not even offered a table, nor was I asked if I wanted service to eat there or to take away, nothing. I walked past and noticed the place on their ground floor was packed walking through it. I went to the counter and asked if they had a high floor because I had seen it on Instagram and I asked if there was a place and they told me they didn't know, that I could go check. Then I understood even less. I asked how to access the upper floor and the toilet, the toilet was dirty, so much so that I closed the door without going in because I was embarrassed, and went up to the upper floor, where I saw that there was only one table and it was occupied. I saw an entrance to a gallery and I went down with the hope that I was wrong and when I went down, I saw that there were people waiting outside, like me a few minutes ago. An employee saw me and unlocked the gate and then an unleashed, aggressive dog with a chain around its neck ran towards me barking and growling and chased me back out of the store. There was another unleashed dog, looked like a stray on the floor you would have to step over. What kind of owner allows aggressive dogs to chase and bark at customers inside a bookstore/cafe????? I was shocked. Very uncomfortable. It’s too bad because otherwise the place looks super cute inside.
