I was waiting for the time to come. 5 MIN before 4 p.m. a girl enters WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT and ASKING FOR A CUT, the receptionist received her and told her that she had 1 FREE SPOT and THEY PASSED HER, it is worth mentioning that the STYLIST with whom they transferred the other person was there all those 20 min that I was waiting, SITTING.
