Juan Carlos Uribe Ortega: He visitado el restaurante Alcalde posiblemente mas de 100 veces sin duda, lo he frecuentado desde el día que abrió y mis últimas tres visitas han sido gradualmente de mal en peor, se nota que no hay supervisión ni de la cocina ni del personal.La ensalada de betabel era mi favorita y tenía tiempo que no la ponían en el menú y ese día estaba en los especiales pero estaba malísima, los betabeles parecían petrificados en lugar de pasificados, se tuvo que regresar el plato y nos dieron un pretexto malísimo en cocina.La nueva receta de mollejas no aporta nada, y el tamal de lengua estaba fatal, la salsa cruda que tenía abajo parecía del pollo pepe y tanto en textura como en sabor estaba objetivamente malo. Parece que ahora solo le agregan unos insectos y unas flores a los platos y el sabor y la textura están en segundo plano. También pedimos el pulpo y estaba chicloso. Fatal. Aparte de que tardaron en promedio 25 minutos entre un plato y otro, una terrible experiencia en comida y servicio.He tenido la oportunidad de comer en restaurantes de tres estellas michelin en otras partes del mundo y el restaurante alcalde me parecía un tesoro, pues uno tenía una experiencia similar pagando muy poco en comparación, Ya no es el caso, tres veces seguidas de mal servicio y comida no son una coincidencia. No es un lugar al que considere volver a visitar en el futuro.La última vez que visité es en efecto, la última.

Just a small detail that does not affect the issue of food or service in any way...there was a waiter talking to another with very very bad words and it's not that I'm embarrassed but they are at that moment the face of the company and it gives a bad image.
