A la hora de preguntar el precio vía telefónica me dijeron que era algo muy sencillo que no me preocupara. Ya estando en caja la sorpresa fue el cobro de 600 pesos. Por un procedimiento de menos de 5 minutos en quitársela. Por algo pregunté el precio en la llamada. Una lastima ya que si son buenos veterinarios.

En el trayecto a casa vimos q estaba sangrando su herida, su panza muuuy inflamada, traía demasiado dolor, …nos regresamos de emergencia porq se desmayó y al final de cuentas traía un abundante derrame de sangre interno el cual provocó su muerte😭😡POR FAVOR VETERINARIOS…quienes amamos y cuidamos a nuestras mascotas…confiamos en ustedes…POR FAVOR 🙏🏻EVITEN LA CREMATOMANÍA y conserven el amor por los animales así como su ética y valores!!!

The opinions that give them 5 stars are based on superficial treatment or on a bath that went well and the dog was clean, because it is the least they can do well. I went *exclusively* to buy food for my rabbit but on each visit, at different times of the day and without exaggeration, I found desperate people saying that they had scheduled their appointment and the people at the reception telling them that there was no record of it and that therefore they could not serve them. Not all of your patients may be lying: I have every reason to believe that it is a fault of your staff. Perhaps just a lack of organization, perhaps something much more serious such as a lack of interest and respect for the time of others and the health of the animals they care for. On top of this, on multiple occasions I was able to witness the direct treatment that their doctors or interns have towards animals and I can honestly say that they fill the title of "veterinarians" with abjection. That's how I finally convinced myself to stop being their client, they don't deserve anyone's money. Terrible ethics, terrible respect for living beings. Please do not be fooled by the establishment's façade and inform yourself well before taking your pets there.

En general antes de aceptar un diagnóstico, hay que pedir una buena valoración.

Carmen Confort: To go to Dr. Antonio's clinic, first check the Google comments and seeing such a good rating I decided to take my puppies. They are very kind at the reception, the doctor is great with dogs, but the experience I had with the ones I took on different dates was not good. I checked the teeth after cleaning the first ones I took for dental cleaning and the truth is that I didn't notice much difference. I thought it was normal. Later I took a dog to be sterilized and after 1 month she continued with problems healing. I thought again that it was normal. After that I took my little dog because he had had a cough all night. He told me that due to his age he already had type 2 heart failure but that it was not yet necessary to take medication. They didn't do x-rays or anything but I thought if the doctor didn't do them it was because it wasn't necessary. After 3 days this puppy became very sick again with a lot of coughing, I decided to take him to another vet, he took X-rays and the surprise was that he was already very sick, his lungs destroyed and his heart too. That same day he died. I do not want to say that if Dr. Antonio had taken X-rays he would have been saved, but I think it was necessary to do more studies to find out the seriousness of the situation and know what to do. Therefore, I decided to take the other dogs for review. The one about teeth cleaning, they cleaned them again and now the difference was observed. The one from the operation that did not heal, the doctor told me that in the area that did not heal, apparently the operation had not turned out well, that is why it was taking longer. It is worth mentioning that after this I was asking people who know Dr. Antonio and they told me that he is very good. I only share my experience. Maybe I had no luck.
