Por dónde empiezo?Fui a comprar un top case y el man que me lo vendió no me dijo absolutamente nada de que debía llevarlo al taller para que le asignaran la llave ni que me iban a cobrar extra, si no pregunto me voy con un pisapapeles y me tengo que aventar otra vuelta.Después llevé mi moto a servicio y me dijeron que iban a tener mi moto al día siguiente a pesar de que claramente tienen un letrero en el que dice que si tienes una cita se entrega el mismo día, no la tuvieron y si no mando mensaje para preguntar si ya estaba no me dicen absolutamente de por qué no quedó, no pudieron diagnosticar el problema y tampoco pueden estimar cuánto se van a tardar.

Hervey Rodríguez González: Bad experience. I took my truck to a fault and it took them 2 days to give me a quote on what was happening. And then they told me that the parts took another 3 to 4 days to arrive and therefore they did not guarantee the delivery day. Well, since I required the truck, I told them that I needed the vehicle and it took them 1 more day to deliver it, without repairing anything. I consider that they do not have trained personnel or few personnel. I lost the vehicle for 3 days and they still charged me 2500 pesos for revision. And I totally disagree because they are the ones who cannot repair you immediately, and it was not because they did not accept the estimate for the repair. In the end, bad experience. If you go, go with the idea of leaving the vehicle for a minimum of 7 days. One of the vehicle's faults was that it had loose battery terminals and they couldn't even repair that in the 3 days that the vehicle was with them.
