D Smith: Nice area with nice accommodations at a reasonable price. Only complaint is the ac/heater didn't seem to be working. Also one of the blinds was missing in the large windows. While we were there (during the spring) the weather was fine during the day and manageable with windows open so it wasn't as much of an issue for us but at night it did get a bit chilly. The windows are large and in the living room/kitchen area. A couple nights the draft through the window got so cold that we tried plugging it with a towel. Luckily we weren't really in the living room area much during the coldest part of the night or it may have been a bigger problem and with the bedroom doors closed and using the blankets we slept fine. Might be an issue for someone else though if they like hanging out in the living room watching tv late at night though. That considered, we had a good stay and would return.

Alexander Prisazhny: One of the best experiences! The administration took care of us in every aspect. Christian is a perfect administrator who really cares and gets things done. All the cleaning and maintenance staff are kind and competent. Apartments are clean and cozy. They even have an italian restaurant on the 1st floor with delivery to your door.

Angie Tatiana Martinez Londoño: They do not handle quality standards for laundry and in my case they were not responsible for the damage they caused to my clothes, it did not happen just once but several times and they did nothing to see what was happening with the people in charge of this work, they did not feel ashamed for the damage suffered, a hotel that I definitely do not recommend, in addition to the fact that they left us without water for two days, cleaning is only done from Monday to Saturday and they change the linens once a week, in addition hear noise from other apartments

Roxanne Romeros: My family and I stayed at WIT apartments twice in two weeks. Our first visit was ok- convenient location, sweet security guards but it was dirty (the floor, the showers, the bed was on the ground)… but we didn’t complain. We stayed again several days later… this time, we got two separate apartments. Once again we were let down with the cleanliness (the floors, the bedding, shower doors didn’t close, bathroom doors would get stuck, and one of our entry doors wasn’t aligned properly) still… we DIDNT complain.The property manager is the reasoning for this review. She was terribly RUDE, disrespectful, aggressive, and was prejudice against my family from the get-go. Very ugly mannerisms and customer service.We were at the rooftop pool at noon with no shade for an hr. My husband requested the umbrellas be put out for some type of shade. 30 minutes later, an older (very sweet) security guard came out and was having difficulties getting the gear out and propping them… given the heat my husband said “let me help him”.. got an umbrella from him, placed it down and simply opened it (not his first time opening one before, obviously).. perhaps from the heat when it was opened, one panel accidentally popped.. NOT INTENTIONAL, no foul play simply helping an older gentleman. Shorty after, the “property manager” (petite blonde female) came rushing up… DEMANDING $350 USD to replace a newly purchased umbrella.. without asking for any explanation, without reasoning with the customer, without listening to her own employee (who said, it wasn’t his fault). She harassed us in front of our children. Demanded we pay or leave. She was disrespectful to my husband and mother in law.. once I jumped in trying to figure out what was happening, she COMPLETELY ignored me. Literally, was texting not looking up from her phone, didn’t acknowledge my presence (it was SO bizarre). When I approached and stated “I can’t believe how rude and disrespectful you’re being” she looked me in the eyes and said “I don’t care”. So.. this one star is for you.Very unprofessional, very disrespectful, dirty apartments. 0 out of 10.

PROMETEO: Very good place to stay for a few days, breakfast is good, the pool is always warm, good location. Glenn Murray: I was here on a work related visit during June of 2020 at the peak of lockdowns. The motel is nice and clean with friendly staff, situated in the block of the Plaza Del Sol shopping mall within easy walking distance to all types of shopping & grocery stores. Motel staff were helpful and very friendly. Breakfast menu was excellent and would cook many items on demand such as omelets. Enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.

It includes a very simple but rich buffet breakfast. It is Petfriendly and my pet was very comfortable, a very good detail that they gave us a magnet to put on the door where it notifies the waitress that a pet is inside, so that it does not open, in case one goes down for breakfast. The attention of all the staff was very good. It has an outdoor pool and is very well located, next to Plaza del Sol. A great option to stay in Guadalajara with or without pets.
