Citlalli Segura Marquez: Pésima atención... desde el empleado Daniel hasta el gerente, van 3 veces que voy y no puedo hacer una devolución por SU CULPA, atención a clientes vía telefónica me dicen que tienen que aplicarme la devolución, regreso y tercos que "no porque me hicieron un favor de adelantarme mi bolsa a traerla de CDMX qué la mía que se había pedido desde Europa" siendo que me dijeron que sólo había una... o sea se contradicen muchísimo.
