NU TECH: After having bought this GOLOVOLT motorcycle and in almost two years look how it is, the batteries had to be changed after 4 months because they did not maintain a charge, very poor quality, 6000 pesos of expense for some that are of good quality, then after 8 months there were to change the tires, very poor quality I would say terrible, so it went on but before the controller burned several times and without a solution from the company, everything does not end there, today the shock absorbers are a pity, all crooked I do not know how it could have happened wearing something so ordinary, if the batteries alone weigh more than 30 kg, the ones provided by this motorcycle, all the lights burned out because the regulator that brings from 60 v to 12 v burned out and of course all the lights, the turn signal switches, the high beam burned and low, brake light is no longer useful and cannot be repaired due to poor quality, to this day look how it looks, the only thing that is saved is the motor, but that does not work without a controller, anyway I have it here to see to remove the engine and throw the rest to the bas ura, unless you decide to invest money and leave it running, but it is a 2-year-old motorcycle, there is no other option but to regret having made the purchase, I hope it will serve those who believe that this brand of motorcycle is of quality because they are not, It's wasted money, despite the fact that the company says otherwise, of course, I was the first to remove a ridiculous box that held the batteries and now I see that they copied my design, hahahaha but that doesn't improve quality, be careful with money that they invest in a motorcycle like this, so ordinary and of terrible, terrible quality in all aspects, I don't know how things like that can be sold but that's it, and watch out here it could never be placed because they don't give an invoice for that process, the company is not registered, so BEWARE of the fines, I hope my bad experience will serve you.-

Àngel Pilar: I would like to share my experience with the MOOVERS beach model bike. I've been on the bike for a year now, and I think I know it well enough to give an informed opinion. At first I had a little doubt about the quality of the motor and the battery. I guess it's normal when we don't know much about the subject or the brand. I chose the model because the tires and the frame give it an appearance of roughness, and I liked the design a lot, previously I only used a conventional 27.5 wheeled bicycle. The bicycle has two assist modes, one with pedaling assistance (1 to 5) and the other with handlebar acceleration. Before going out I usually check the battery level, the tires and the pressure of the brake levers, I usually do trips of 50 to 60 km. Over time I learned to combine the use of assistance, my pedaling and braking, commonly traveling at an average speed of 28 km / hr through the traffic lights and bumps. What I do to start it is to start the first impulse with the assistance at number 1 to help him with pedaling and then increase the assistance to 2 or 3, if the road allows me to accelerate with the handlebar and I keep accelerating constant for a few seconds (in this way the cruise mode is activated) and I release the accelerator, this makes the bike maintain a constant speed. When I'm in a hurry I prefer to use only the pedaling assistance, since in this way I can reach speeds greater than 30 km / hr the maximum speed that I achieved with the assistance and my pedaling is 40 km / hr. And it is in those moments when the thickness of the rims of this bike is appreciated, at all times it feels well planted and safe, even in the curves. In the economic aspect from the beginning I believed that it would be a good investment, since I would use it as my means of transport to go to work, with it I obtained two savings. The first and most important for me, the time, I went from occupying 2:30 hr to 40 min to get to my workplace (25 km away) and the second saving was economic, since charging the battery is very economical. There are two things that can be improved, in fact I did one. Change the pedals for wider ones to be more comfortable. The other is operational, I would have liked it to incorporate some system to regenerate energy. After a year I still enjoy my bike like the first day, without damage, fast and very beautiful.

JRAF: Horrible! I arrived looking for a repair and there was no one, I waited like a fool until I asked and they told me that "the repair shop was closed" (after they saw me waiting like a fool). Never in my life had I seen such a bad service and so little desire to sell. Better go to igartua.

P. Rodrigo Montero: I've been to this store twice, the first experience was great, attentive staff, invited to some BBQ, you know, biker stuff. The second time, salesmen were very attentive but I was immediately followed by a short saleswoman in a discreet manner as if being watched instead of helped. No more BBQs for me, although I did find what a needed. The store has more apparel than motorcycles, although their selection is great, their prices are not. I will definitely come back, just don't get too friendly with the salesmen, get what you need and don't go just to browse. Fernando is the man to talk to tough.

Rick Z: There is a problem with alignment in this company. Sales staff are very attentive, but service with mechanics is slow and there is a general lack of profesionalism. Instead of excellence there is an attitude mediocracy. I would not recommend getting any repairs here. For such high prices, they really need to better their processes..
