Karla Ayala: Dr. Ileana is incredible! However, the appointment and attention system is terrible. You have to wait at least 2 hours even if you have an appointment. They do not answer the chats where they themselves cancel you and never give you a new date. The deal leaves a lot to be desired.

At the evaluation appointment, the Dr. did not finish removing all the stitches and asked a nurse for support, who by default did NOT remove all the stitches and left 3. I consider that it is very important (especially with health services) to make sure that all personnel have training and, above all, a commitment to do their job well from beginning to end. No matter how minimal the activity, the details make the difference !!! Honestly, it is very unpleasant to walk an hour and a half to the establishment just to have the remaining stitches removed or to go to another place, just by omission of the nurse ...

Ivan Carbajal: Dr Ricardo Galvan has the best equipment for laser dermatological treatments and also has the knowledge to use them correctly. Highly recommended!
Gabriela zl: One of the best dermatologists in GDL. If you plan to go with him, prepare yourself to wait a long time. Take a book, your laptop and time goes by quickly.
Luis Perez-Soto: This Dr. He is irresponsible, he starts his appointments from 8am but he does not arrive until 11. When you talk to book your appointment they never mention the 3 hour wait with everything and appointment. When you arrive the receptionist lets you know about this. When you ask him why, he says that because the Dr. is always late between 10:30 and 11. Besides, he is very rude and instead of asking for some kind of apology for this inconvenience he is indifferent. The Dr may be good in his profession but he is a person who does not value the time of others and this is not a professional person.
Hermes Salazar: Compared to other sites, where the treatments are the same, but here they are very very expensive (I recommend you review and search all the options well), in addition to that, the management that they have of their agenda is what follows from fatal !!! they quote you 15 min. before the time they give you for your consultation, being that the Dr. will see you 3 or more hours after the time they told you !!! The Dr. apparently is very good, I hope he can be in all aspects of the service he provides and improve it.

miguel angel robles garcia: I will tell you my experience in short. Well, what happened was I scheduled an appointment online which cost $600, the appointment lasted 10 minutes. And the doctor quickly told me that he used to write me a prescription which he sent me a picture of. This prescription was not worth it at any pharmacy I called or visited because it was only digital. Apart from that, he told me that I should visit a Dermatologist in person since digitally he could not tell me for sure what I need. In my opinion, I could have saved myself $600 if I had told myself this from the beginning so as not to waste time and money.
Response: It is very striking that the complaint is exactly the words that we tell them when a first-time patient calls to make an appointment online, that I always recommend looking for a doctor in your area, that by digital means there may be medications that they do not want sell because you can't send a prescription (unless they pay the freight for it) and what makes it totally unreal is that they say that the query is over in 10 minutes, when it only takes me ask about the person's background, or sometimes how long it takes them to tell about their condition.
