They always kept me informed of the progress, since I did not have time to go see them on my own, and they tried to carry out the work as requested. They make a written budget and if something is wrong, they correct it immediately and if you want to change some things they are willing to do it in the best way. They take care of literally everything. It is worth mentioning that they finished the work in the time we agreed. I contacted the company for a total remodeling of my apartment that was already 25 years old without any maintenance. They took care of everything; repair of water and gas supply system as well as change of pipes. Repair of electrical installations. Removal of old and worn flooring and placement of glass flooring on the entire surface. Repair of rusty and dysfunctional window frames as well as placement of mosquito nets. Gas tube and metallic structure.5. Inadequate final cleaning. Dozens of cigarette butts, plastic lunch bags, paint smears everywhere, and up to three empty gallon paint cans with used brushes and rollers, a roll of teflon tape, and a cpvc elbow.
