El cual consistía en un sandwich, cafe y jugo.Yo esperaba un hambiente mas tranquilo y relajante, como muchos Spa que he visitado.Cuando reserve pregunte la duracion de los servicios y me escribieron masaje relajante 35 min, facial 20 minutos. Lo cual fue un engaño ya que solo se demoraron 30minutos totales, comenzaron el masaje boca abajo de espalda y piernas y al voltearme me colocaron desmaquillante, pasaron una esponja, luego una crema y un filtro solar ni 5 minutos en el disque facial, sin mascarilla o exfoliante. Lo tome como publicidad engañosa.De ahi pasamos al jacuzzi el cual tenia el agua tibia, estaba mas calientita el agua de la alberca.El lugar es bonito y el personal muy amable pero se quedan cortos con los servicios. Apesar de que estan bien cobrados.. $450 por medio masaje $300 por disque facial de 5 minutos, $200 El desayuno muy rico pero muuuuy tardado, $450 por uso de alberca y jacuzzi.Las bebidas y botanas muy ricas.Ojala tomen en cuenta mis comentarios para que se enfoquen en el consepto de Spa, ofreciendo un espacio relajado donde podamos chiquearnos y descansar.

We were both able to do the massage in the same room and it was great! The facilities are super clean and cute.The full body exfoliation left our skin super soft. After the full body exfoliation massage we then got to rinse in the super clean and cute showers. Then they did the lymphatic drainage message. I loved this place and already book another message but this time I am doing a deep tissue massage.I will be returning ever time I am in town. Loved it!

Angy: We really liked the experience. We were going as a couple to celebrate our anniversary, and we honestly really enjoyed the massage, the jacuzzi, the Scottish shower, and the breakfast. The staff was very friendly and the facilities are super clean and harmonious to enjoy your stay. The bad thing about our experience was that there were constructions nearby, so I don't recommend the sensory garden at the moment, it doesn't allow you to enjoy the experience that they ask you to do with your eyes closed. Also while I was getting the massage, I could hear over the relationship music, a girl talking to a woman inside the spa. Apparently they were in the garden talking and their voices could be heard through the window, which totally distracted me. And finally, what bothered me the most was that while I was already in my underwear and robe, they asked me to go into the garden in front of 2 workers who were going to make repairs to the place, which made me very uncomfortable because the man was not good even for get up and I had to walk past him to get out into the garden. Now I understand why in a review someone complains that they do not respect the privacy of their customers. When I communicated my annoyance to the ladies, completely angry about this, their response was that they would discuss it with their boss and that they were leaving anyway. I also suggest that you move your security camera in the garden to a slightly more hidden place, since one feels watched while eating. From then on I enjoyed this experience as much as I could.
