Virginia Aranda R.: The good; The view of the cathedral is definitely one of the best I have had when staying in the historic center, its super friendly staff and also that there are many places to eat that you can walk to in less than 5 minutes.The regular; That from the moment you enter the reception it smells strange, I don't know if it's because of the cleaning person but it smells like choquía and that leaves too much to be desired.The bad; The rooms are very small, the facilities already look quite worn and not very modern, giving an appearance of little cleanliness, the buffet area is in reception and it is not pleasant to eat there because of the smell, apart from the fact that they do not have a wide variety of food and the place is small, another thing is that it is super muggy. There is no way to get to the hotel by car as the street is closed and is pedestrian only. The “hotel parking lot” is 3 blocks away and they charge $100 per day.Definitely if you only go to spend the night it is a good option, if you are looking for comfort not so much.

Rosa Rodriguez: The security was rude and in a hurry. The elevators where taking us to different stories and the security yelled at us to get out. The elevator doesn't work very well it very hard to manage. We had to switch rooms because there was blood on the sheets and the room wasn't in good shape. The rooms are also very small. We won't be coming back anytime soon.I don't recommend it.

N Villarreal: Buen hotel con una vista increíble si reservas habitación con balcón, limpio y todo en orden, muy buena atención de parte de el personal, muy cerca de todo.Cómo observacion ya son varias las ocasiones que nos hospedamos y notamos que no dejan jabón en el lavabo del baño y es algo indispensable, otro detalle es que las tarjetas fallan para ingresar a la habitación, no fuimos los únicos otros huéspedes tuvieron el mismo inconveniente.Cómo sugerencia estaría bien contar con cafetera en la habitación para no tener que bajar hasta el lobby.En cuanto al desayuno que estaba incluído hay poca variedad por lo que decidimos desayunar en otro lugar.En general le doy un 9 de calificación.Rooms: Muy limpias

Javier Coronado: Finding cockroaches in both your room and fitness center as horrible. Being lied to and stalled about getting your room was disappointing. We were not provided a room until 1630 on the day of our check-in, after being assured that our room would be ready prior, or at a minimum at the time of check-in. The front desk clerk (female with glasses) keep stalling and pro-longing the check-in-time. Even after staff took picture of the cockroach in our room, nobody stopped by the room, as the hotel said they would. No cleaning agents or yoga mats made available in the fitness room is completely wrong. No chance for anyone to wipe or clean their equipment after each use was terrible. Not to mention having found a cockroach in the fitness center was discussing. Not recommended for stay. The only bring part of this hotel was the amazing breakfast. Well worth it. This IS NOT A HILTON. Does not come close to living to the standards of HILTON HOTEL.

It was such a pleasure to have Gabriel & Andres as a server. ARTURO ALFARO: El desayuno cuesta 689pesos y pues la verdad está 8/10 nada espectacular. Osea bueno, rico, más o menos variado. Pero no vale los que te cobran.El café fue de lo más decepcionante.La comida estaba tibia y platillos como el menudo, dejaban mucho a desear.Ambiente y atención de 10. Pero si esperaba mayor calidad en la barra fría y en general en el tipo de bebidas que ofrecen, muy pero muy básicas.

Veanette Hanson: My husband and I stayed here for our couple's getaway. We absolutely loved the property. The pool was beautiful and the staff was so friendly. Everyone made us feel extremely welcome. The rooms were gorgeous but it did look like some of the furniture needed a little more upkeep. The hotel is also not centrally located so we did have to Uber almost everywhere we went. If you plan on spending a lot of time at the hotel and relaxing, I highly recommend. Also, the food was delicious but it was pricey. My husband and I found a great hot dog stand nearby (Hot dogs Don Moy) to give us a break from the hotel dinners.
