Dean Moss: We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ganz. The rooms and surrounds were beautiful but it is the staff that make the place so special. We spoke very little Spanish but the staff were very accomodating and welcoming. The neighbourhood is very safe and there are lots of dining options. The Villa offers a great daily breakfast with plenty of options and you can also order great cocktails to enjoy in the peaceful courtyard.

Christian Santamaría: I had an overall wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. The entire staff went above and beyond in making sure I was comfortable, especially after they learned about my recent surgery. Their attentiveness and genuine concern truly stood out. From Lucy the housekeeper to Noemi at the front desk, Gabriela at Starbucks in the lobby, and Arturo y Omar at the bar were attentive and talented, my partner enjoyed the cocktails, also the head of housekeeping, I believe it was who brought into my room a little sofa which made a world of difference for me, everyone at the Hotel was extremely friendly and accommodating.However, I do have some feedback regarding the restaurant's food. While I enjoyed the tuna tartare, I found the tortilla soup to be disappointingly thick and more reminiscent of tomato sauce. Additionally, the chips served with it were stale. During room service, I ordered a Caesar Salad, but it was made with mustard greens instead of Romaine, which was unexpected. The Lentil soup I tried was overly salty.On another visit to the restaurant, the Fusilli al Funghi was intense and lacked the freshness I was hoping for. On a positive note, the Chef burger was cooked to perfection, but it had an excessive amount of goat cheese. Perhaps adding caramelized onions would help balance the sharpness of the cheese. Despite these culinary shortcomings, the exceptional service from the restaurant staff more than made up for it.In conclusion, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again when I'm in town. The outstanding hospitality and the efforts of the staff to ensure my comfort were truly appreciated. Thank you all for making our stay memorable.

Gabriela Castillon P.: Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos aqui, el hotel tiene buena ubicacion, lo malo es que su personal es muy descortez y sin atencion y servicio al cliente, desde el area de recepcion hasta el room service es pesimo. al llegar al hotel quien nos hizo el check in nos indico esperar unos minutos sentadas en la sala de espera dijo que el nos entregaria las llaves, pasado mas de 10 min notamos que el joven ya no estaba y nadie de los demas huespedes que esperaban por su llave estaban, por lo tanto preguntamos pos nuestra llave y nadie sabia nada, el joven termino su turno y se fue... no dejo el pendiente de entregarnos nuestra llave a nadie mas. Pedimos servicio a cuarto y tardan mas de 1 hr en entregar algo muy sencillo, pero lo peor es que de lo que pedimos tenian un faltante y paso mas de 1 hr y si no llamo a ver que pasaba nunca me habia enterado que mi orden no seria llevada a mi habitacion, baje a hablar con el gerente pero es incompenete y evidentemente falto de proveer solucion al cliente.....PESIMO HOTEL SOLO TIENE EL NOMBRE

The building it’s in is beautiful and everyone who worked there was really helpful and nice. Downside was we got a room with a great bath tub but the water didn’t get warmer than luke warm.

Jesus Quintero: Yo me quede desde el día 4 hasta el día 9 de julio. Mis AirPods estaban en mi habitación y no se si alguna de las camareras los robaron. No me gusta acusar a nadie sin pruebas. Los había dejado en la cama y puede ser que una de las camareras agarró las cobijas y se envolvieron en las cobijas. Me dijeron que trataron de buscarlos pero no encontraron nada. Esos AirPods me costaron $250 dólares. Tienes que tener cuidado. La aplicación de find my iPhone enseña que están ahí.

Edgar Reyes: Mal hotel te cobran el estacionamiento por aparte, sabiendo que un lugar como este debe de tener su estacionamiento incluido para sus huéspedes, además el elevador que va del estacionamiento para el loby no funciona y tienes que subir escaleras cargando las maletas, en el loby no te prestan atención el carrito para subir tus maletas a tu habitación si no es acompañado del botones.

Fer Delgadillo: Siempre han permitido que los huéspedes se estacionen en la banqueta. El encargado se hace pendejo. Tienen video vigilancia en el exterior pero no les da para respetar al peatón. No tiene mucho de "first class".
Jose Cervantes: Desde la experiencia de la llegada con un trato amable en recepción y un recorrido guiado por el personal del hotel resultó increíble nuestra elección del hotel. Totalmente satisfactoria nuestra estancia en el lugar, aunque solo fue por una noche desde el aroma, limpieza y presentación de la habitación y el cuidado de cada detalle hacen que el huésped disfrute de este lugar, que a simple vista no parece un hotel pero al ingresar y vivir el proceso de hospedaje cambia la perspectiva dando la sensación de estar un hotel de categoría más alta. No tuvimos la oportunidad de meternos a la alberca, pero es climatizada y todo se encuentra limpio. Cuenta con elevador es un detalle muy bueno aun considerando que es un hotel de pocos pisos esto para las personas que lo requieran. Está ubicado en un lugar seguro y cuentan con valet mismo que se encarga de estar estacionando y al pendiente de la unidad toda la noche para mayor tranquilidad y seguridad del huésped.
