Ross Salcedo: Terrible place, I do NOT recommend it at all, they deceive them by showing pretty dresses and in the end they give you what they want and not even close to what you had asked for, it is pure screen good treatment at the beginning and dial the measurements and at the end nobody is responsible there is no one in charge nobody who responds to you for their deceptions BEWARE of this store and these people...

They make you sign a promissory note that if something happens to the dress in addition to what you already paid for rent, you will pay the total amount of the dress and anyway the dress has many details. Yolanda Magana: Worst customer service I have ever encounter. The young lady by the name of Teresa Robles was so rude, even the owner has no customer service skills. All I needed was some information on a dress made by Ragazza and Teresa and the owner refused to give it to me over the phone. They both said it was against policy to give out prices and/or any information over the phone in the Guadalajara area that I would have to go the store in person so I did exactly that, just for them to tell me they dont have it and I had to go to another one of their store. I wonder what would the designer of Ragazza would say if they new they just lost a potential buyer of one of their dresses. I would never recomend this place. Their some many other stores to shop at with great customer service.
